For more than two decades, Peter Ensfellner has placed his stamp on the brand of Porsche Inter Auto GmbH & Co KG with a crystal-clear standard of quality, of people and of what bonds together a strong brand at its core. Following his successful activity as SEAT/CUPRA brand director, in November he assumed the position of director of the Porsche Zentrum Tirol and is now responsible for a team of approximately 30 sales and after-sales employees.

What distinguishes him above all else is not his expertise or technical competency, but his attitude: Ensfellner knows how to run things because he perceives the job as setting an example in trustworthiness, clarity of behaviour and vitality of team spirit. To him, a strong, practiced team is the foundation of every sustainable development which follows, as well as the secret to a claim which goes far beyond the boundaries of conventional service. For Peter Ensfellner, service is not a set of unfolding processes; it’s a human experience.
