In their “Blütenwerkstatt” (literally a “blossoming workshop”) in Reith near Kitzbühel, Martina Schwabl and Birgit Mayr have established a place where they can practice their profession as a true calling … a blossoming calling. It is no wonder, then, that clients rhapsodize about their floral creations and the personal aura radiating from their workshop.
Martina Schwabl and Birgit Mayr connect with their customers (whether they be private clients, companies, offices, hotels or restaurants) through an unusual, honest conviction that the customers themselves are something special, just as is the occasion for which they require flowers and decorations. In order to discover precisely what kind of creations would be most suited to the given occasion, the flower ladies expend lots of effort, and take lots of time.
Joy for the eye, joy for the soul
The language of flowers and the emotional impact which flowers generate are things the flower ladies have felt since earliest childhood. Alongside an awareness that every human being is unique, inimitable; that every juncture of the season cries out for a variety of diverse feelings, colours, scents and light effects to generate a special nimbus and the specific atmosphere of an event.
Yet what are the prerequisites? How do floral masterpieces obtain the desired effect? They must be in the right spot, in just the right size. And the pillars of the flower ladies’ success? Reliability, punctuality, sensitivity. Based on those strengths, their workshop produces – using tools of empathy and a dedication to flowers – creations which fulfil the inner wishes (and not just botanical ones) of every customer. From their sympathetic counsel, to perfect planning, all the way to reliable-punctual completion and delivery of the creations ordered, even including on-site installation if desired. Small seasonal works of art are also available for purchase at the workshop anytime.
