A hundred square metres of purest pleasure spread invitingly for visitors to Boutique Cashmere House Kitzbühel. A broadly-smiled welcome warms the way, you notice immediately there are many regulars roaming about. “Perhaps a glass of Prosecco? Or a cup of coffee?” That’s because hospitality is part of the package, as passionately embraced as the love for what is beautiful. Sylvia Schaus-Kaufmann, Walter Kaufmann and their whole longstanding team know how well the characteristics of cashmere soften and complement those of the soul. For that reason, clients at Cashmere House Kitzbühel get much more than fine cashmere collections for ladies and gentlemen, home articles and accessories. “What is really special is revealed in the small details,” the impassioned cashmere expert discloses. “On demand, we are happy to produce custom-made individual pieces as well. It might be a fashion item such as a cardigan or shell, or also a blanket, in any desired colour and size.”

As you stroll through the shop, you can’t help but notice that many of the wares on offer bear the Cashmere House Kitzbühel label and that pullovers with their own nameplate are also available. Individually created and manufactured fashions have been a passion of Sylvia Schaus-Kaufmann for years, so it’s hardly a surprise that the founder, accepting no compromises, established her own logotype for items consisting of 100 % cashmere in the very finest cariaggi yarn which is hand-finished in Italy.
