Unique interiors and objects made from the wood of aged wine casks by Diogenes generate enjoyable flair in a refined ambience. Now also to be seen at the 4-star superlative Gourmet Hotel Greenlake Weiher in the Puster Valley in South Tirol.
he Green Lake Gourmet Hotel Weiher is located in Pfalzen on a high alpine plateau on the southern flank of the Alps. It dazzles as soon as you arrive through the natural atmosphere. Tradition and a rooted-to-the-ground philosophy generate the ambience of the hotel, along with visibly wide-ranging horizons and openness to anything and everything new. Owner family Peintner engaged Helmut Pramstaller’s company Diogenes to redesign their restaurant. The concept and final design of the wine section spread over two floors was an immense challenge which Pramstaller devoted himself to and ultimately, brilliantly succeeded in realizing.
But in other ways as well, Diogenes pulls out all the stops: creativity, longstanding experience, perfection of craftsmanship, enacted to place the wine and gourmet worlds of the hotel in the spotlight. After all, the ability to meld aesthetics and functionality is only one of the many outstanding characteristics of Helmut Pramstaller’s company Diogenes.
