Right from the launch, SÉVIGNÉ became emblematic of the courage to stand alone. Materials were not utilized for decoration, rather, they were deliberately and fastidiously selected. Proportions were not coincidental, they were composed, defined. Jewellery was never generated as a status symbol, but as a personal expression of one’s well-outlined personality and individual style. This stance embodies the brand still today.

As generations changed over to the new one, this identity was continued consequentially. Under the direction of Jonas Fink, SÉVIGNÉ remains loyal to its chosen line and at the same time opens itself wide to more individual processes. Continuity now means not standstill but honing its known edges still further. The signature is crystal-clear, the work is personal, the pieces brook no compromise.

Handmade in Germany

The pulsating heartbeat of SÉVIGNÉ is the open atelier at the flagship store on Brienner Straße in the centre of Munich. About ten goldsmiths and experts specialized in setting precious stones work here in close collaboration with each other on pieces which take a lot of time and deserve a lot of time. Each piece is created right here, in an exercise of long years of professional experience, precision and uncompromising commitment to quality. “Handmade in Germany” is no label here, it is a dedication.

Custom-made jewellery

Apart from their own collections, a particular focus is trained on their custom-made pieces. Engagement rings, wedding rings are first imagined, then generated through personal talks with the company owner. During these private appointments with Jonas Fink, materials, forms and proportions of the rings evolve in mutual harmony. SÉVIGNÉ sees this process as an eye-to-eye dialogue: on equal footing with clients who know what they want.
