GESSI is well known for numerous innovations which subsequently evolved into veritable design icons. Through its collections known as INVERSO and VENTAGLIO the branch leader opens a brand-new chapter in the history of bathroom furnishings and an emblematic signpost for “Made in Italy”.

INVERSO bears the indelible stamp of “METALLO TESSUTO” (interwoven metal). Rectangles and spheres flow together to form a fascinating synergy, trailblazing onward to reach a brilliant lightness and purity of form. Equally innovative is also the new ergonomics of the multi-directional gate valve. Yet above all else, it is the textures of “interwoven metal” – RIGATO and DIAMANTATO – which actually generate interchanging surfaces between the various elements. INVERSO is superbly well suited to lend urban interior rooms a breath of avantgarde.

VENTAGLIO distinguishes itself through silhouettes with a highly refined oriental look-and-feel. GESSI actually translates the timeless charm of a fan (Italian: “ventaglio”) into an extravagant collection. Using almost aerodynamically formed lines alternating with soft surfaces, subsequently with clear-cut contours, and inspired by Japanese concepts of aesthetics, this genre was created in collaboration with the Philippine architect and interior architect Michael Vincent UY. And thus, you have it: an additional example of GESSI’s hand-craftsmanship which finds its way into the most intimate living spaces through the minimalistic style of the VENTAGLIO collection.
