TIAN gourmet restaurant in the heart of Vienna sets trail-blazing standards with its unique concept.
The cuisine, awarded with a Michelin star and three Gault-Millau toques, combines the highest pleasures of the palate with the desire for ethical and sustainable food, whilst transporting guests to the modern Viennese Belle Époque.
TIAN is a place of sensual pleasures. The composition of refined ingredients and passionate experimentation opens the door to a world of fascinating flavours in vegetarian cuisine. Inspired by the Viennese Belle Époque and complemented by stylish and contemporary elements, TIAN enchants diners with its fine stucco ceilings, vegetable chandeliers, expansive window fronts and attentive service.
Ivić was named „Shooting Star of the Year“ back in 2012, at the Rolling-Pin-Award ”Leaders of the Year“. In May 2014, he won the “Trophée Gourmet A la Carte”, the most coveted gourmet award in the country. Head pastry chef, Thomas Scheiblhofer, followed in 2015, when Gault-Millau named him “Patissier of the Year 2016“ for his artful creations. Head-Sommelier, Matthias Pitra, was elected Sommelier of the Year at the 2016 Rolling-Pin-Awards.
