The inner treasures of this typical country home in the style of the Pre-Alps on Lake Tegernsee are not at all visible from the outside. In the renovation of this apartment, Holzrausch was given total responsibility for the floor plan, production and management of the entire interior decoration and furnishings.

In this challenge the mastery of Holzrausch was once again brought to full effect, generating a large room feeling even in the tiniest parts of the blueprint. The client’s express wish was to transcend the originally gloomy and small-room character of the 51 m2 private holiday apartment and to turn it into a brand-new creation, down to the most minute detail. The work proceeded step by step with the input of client and counsel of builder took about 1 ½ years to complete. It was handed over in 2023.
