Millstatt’s inimitable charm emanates from the beautiful old villas dotting the landscape. One of these, the so-called “Silberhof”, was designed and built in about 1911/12 by famous architect Franz Baumgarner, one of the most important representatives of the movement known as “Wörthersee Architecture”.
In this exclusive villa court – on grounds of approximately 4,200 m² in a location which is not only very near town center, but also captures breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding mountains – three different complexes comprising 15 condominium apartments have been created in accordance with the motto “history meets modernity”.
Apart from the original villa, two exlusive buildings with four residential units each plus a penthouse on the uppermost level, including spacious sun terraces with stupendous views over Lake Millstätter See, the jewel of Carinthia, are on offer. Residence owners have their own exclusive lakeside access via Millstatt’s first Carinthian bath house, with year-round use of the entire wellness and spa zones. The lakeside beaches Millstatt, Pesenthein and Dellach can also be used by the residence owners.
