Best of Mallorca | 2018
Dining in fera is the ultimate enjoyment for all the five senses. Because at fera, just one minute from the shopping mile of Jaime III, in the heart of Palma, gourmets get to enjoy and savour every morsel, while art lovers get to appreciate its exquisite collection of works by Mallorquin artists, who have achieved international recognition.
Nestled on the ground floor of a historic old city palace, which also houses the oldest and most celebrated social club of Mallorca, Austrian Chef, Simon Petutschnig is at work conjuring up magic, both in the kitchen and as a partner at fera. Before joining, he had developed the Quadrat at the Hotel Sant Francesc into one of Palma’s leading restaurants.
Simon Petutschnig and his team delight the palates and tastebuds of even the most discerning guests, with their delicate fusion of Mediterranean and Asian cuisine. For lunch, the choice is between a la carte or a three-course menu (which changes every two weeks). Regular guests pay homage to fera specials, such as California Roll with crabmeat or Hake in a green sauce. More than 60 specially curated wines are on offer, waiting delectably to be savoured. Certain select labels and vintages are available only at fera. At the bar, scrumptious tapas, are available with drinks and cocktails.
