Connoisseurs of noble brandy and distilled spirits have known it all along. The family name which stands behind this innovative agricultural operation and its award-winning brandy varieties has on numerous occasions been distinguished as Distiller of the Year and Best Distillery in Austria.

Hans Reisetbauer’s son Hansi is currently at the helm of the family firm in its second generation at the Kirchdorfer agricultural estate. The raw materials which are used come from their own organic farm for the most part. In gratifyingly rich soil, more than 16,000 Williams pear trees and about 5,000 apple trees are flourishing. During the distillation process, these brandy masters rely on long years of experience as well as state-of-the-art technology. In 2022 the distillery was remade from top to toe so that nothing more is left to chance. The precisely navigable temperature control guides a constant temperature of 0.1°C, and even the fermentation tanks have several controllable functions which can be navigated via smartphone.

Hans senior and Hansi junior are united in their overweening passion for truly refined distillations as well as for innovative ideas.
