Serenity and cosy comfort, valuable moments together, the feeling of belonging. The Prime Properties Group posed the question, what is the difference between a house and a genuine home? The answer to the question was: “It’s where you spend time with the human beings you love. Further, private spheres and quietude are the important things which liberate us from our fast-and-furious daily life.”

For Prime Properties, real luxury is being able to celebrate simple things to the hilt, re-discover what is obvious, leave the path of standardized run-of-the-mill comforts. In other words, to plan, then turn to reality a real home without compromises, a place as venue for lifelong memories which achieves the highest rigours of quality. In order to accomplish that, architecture and design need to harmonize; and to adhere to an all-encompassing approach.

The philosophy of architecture is marked by an eternal interplay between house, surroundings and nature. To emphasize this, natural elements such as wood and natural stone are used. Reliably long-living materials and aesthetic permanence are just as essential as a fundamental respect for the natural resources, both during and after the building process. Each and every project is characterized by its own inimitable personality, interconnecting local traditions and contemporary features.

Prime Properties is utterly convinced that the energy which they devote to each detail, be it ever so small, generates an indispensable contribution to the overall result. Concepts and designs are meant to raise enthusiasm, to surprise, both in the moment of presentation and for years thereafter.

Philipp Magin and Ronny Lange launched Prime Properties in the year 2016 as a mission to create truly special residences which are intended to become a venue of lifelong memories. In 2020 Prime Properties opened its first office with integrated showroom in Kitzbühel. The uncompromising focus on lofty dignity, sublime quality in their building projects led to the integration of their own architect and design studio: Philicima Design.
