There are properties that are suited to the people who reside within them. Much rarer, however, are those that shape the dweller’s lifestyle. Once such exception is being created at Traun waterfront in Gmunden: an exclusive residential project that inspires a whole new lifestyle, by creating a harmonious symbiosis with the water.

If you steer past the bustling “Rathausplatz“ Gmunden Town Hall Square and pass under Traunbrücke Bridge, you will be presented with the modest, yet impressive sight of K7, in its somewhat exposed location. The boathouse impresses with dimensions of circa 22 by 50 metres, at a clearance height of 4.7 metres above normal water level. 21 berths are available here, next to the neighbouring underground car park.

Two lifts lead directly from the boathouse into each of the eight apartments, spread over three floors in total. The four top-floor apartments are particularly breathtaking: spread over two floors, they offer a total of 205 or 235 m² living space, with jaw-dropping ceiling heights of eight metre in the gallery area.

The project is currently under negotiation and is expected to be completed by 2020.
