The Bichlhof offers genuine culinary pleasures of the first degree. Executive chef Karl Aichholzer and his team have stood for highest quality and imaginative creations for many years, predominantly from regional and local products, local mountain cheese and butter, e.g. from their own high alpine pasture, trout from their own fish-breeding culture, farm bread and marmelades are all home-
made. In summertime, the vegetables and herbs all come from Bichlhof’s own house garden. Wines from the superbly appointed wine cellar are recommended, either by host Hopfner or a certified sommelier, according to individual preferences. The offerings on the special little gin menu include Rick´s own extraordinary gin creation using mountain herbs from the alpine meadow. Let the summer evening end on our terrace.
