The Bichlhof offers genuine culinary pleasures of the first degree. Executive chef Karl Aichholzer and his team have stood for highest quality and imaginative creations for many years, predominantly from regional and local products, local mountain cheese and butter, e.g. from their own high alpine pasture, trout from their own fish-breeding culture, farm bread and marmelades are all homemade. The AMA seal of quality is proof positive of the standards which are offered. Wines from the superbly appointed wine cellar are recommended, either by host Hopfner or a certified sommelier, according to individual preferences. The small but exquisite gin-menu entices gourmets with sensational gins from Austria, among other varieties.
