Steinberg & Rubin Bar
The two restaurants at Kempinski Hotel “Das Tirol” each offer in their own way extraordinary culinary journeys of enjoyable discovery. The “Steinberg” stands for the young classics of Tyrolean cuisine, set into the spotlight in veritable perfection by new executive chef Veronika Späth, accompanied by international accents and touches. Special pleasures of the palate this season, requiring pre-ordering, are Cheese and Chinese Fondue, along with a whole duck, raised on the farm and carved right at your table.
The Euro-Asiatic fine dining restaurant dubbed “Sra Bua” combines Tyrolean cuisine with Asiatic influences. Frank Heppner, a pioneer of fusion cuisine, called his concept to life and in doing so merges far eastern techniques with regional products and exotic spice combinations.
