The two restaurants at Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol could hardly be more different, yet are combined by several similarities: tasty, fresh ingredients, sourced locally if possible. It is all about “Asia meets Tirol“ at the Euro-Asian Sra Bua Restaurant. Diners are transported into a whole new world of flavours, into the realms of exotic herbs, spices and vegetables, prepared traditionally, as in Asia, by the pioneer of fusion cuisine, Frank Heppner. At Steinberg, Executive Chef Caspar Bork and his kitchen brigade serve contemporary Tyrolean cuisine with a Mediterranean twist, yet regionally orientated.
