Flavio D’auria’s cuisine stands for love-of-living, lightness and humility: healthy, natural and genuine, without any false notes or elements. He now excites his passions for Italian cuisine also in the hearts of guests in Kitzbühel. His ingredients are delivered by traditional suppliers such as “Falorni” butchers from Greve in Chianti and the best wine estates of Tuscany, as well as from his own restaurant “La Botte di Bacco” in Radda in Chianti, which for five years has been distinguished in Guide Michelin by two forks, as is his new location in Kitzbühel. “This is the way I would like to bring a little piece of Tuscany to Kitzbühel. Me and my team want to offer them a genuine, highly authentic experience from the Chianti region,” he says.
