More than 70 exclusive motor and sailing yachts as well as more than 300 luxurious hotels and private residences already bear the name of List General Contractor (List GC). Some of them are the largest and most famous yachts in the world. One important pillar of the superyacht industry, however, is discretion. “As interior outfitters we are accustomed to treat our projects confidentially,” explains CEO Christian Bolinger, who runs the enterprise together with Josef Payerhofer and family member Theresa Ludwiger-List.

A line-up of unparalleled masterpieces

The new AMELS 60 superyacht series was launched as part of a limited edition in 2019. The AMELS 60 yachts are united by their uniform, stylish exterior design. They can accommodate up to twelve guests and are equipped with hybrid power propulsion technology. Nevertheless, the interior outfitting entirely depend on the customer, and the owners can make their own ideas a reality. That’s where List GC comes in.

Made in Austria

Already in January 2021, the green light was given for the interior outfitting of 6001, the first project in the series. It has been delivered in May 2022 under the name “Come Together”. Project Manager Gernot Hollensteiner was responsible for making sure all stages of the outfitting project run smoothly. “We have been entrusted with managing an area of approx. 400 m². The area extends over three decks, from the luxurious Owner’s and Guest areas, Beach Club and two Salons to Captain’s area including the Wheelhouse.”
