The company Alpinist Ventures, with its headquarters in Aspen, Colorado, develops exclusive residential projects with genuine alpine flair dubbed \u201chigh alpine living\u201d and does not shy away from costs, nor from extraordinary efforts or continental limitations in its drive to implement these dreams. Thus, for this spectacularly beautiful house in Aspen\/Vail, Holzbau Maier was brought on board. The reputation of the family-run Salzburg company precedes them all the way to the USA. As early as the planning phase there was close collaboration between Holzbau Maier and American architects; and the concrete planners and builders found Holzbau Maier simply indispensable. After all, every detail has to sit perfectly and securely so that the wood construction which is manufactured in Austria fits like a glove onto the foundations and flooring which await it on-site.<\/p>\n<\/div>
