Inspiring Art in Kitzbühel

FRANK FLUEGEL GALLERY has presented interesting younger generation artists as well as established greats of pop art, street art and contempo-rary art in Nürnberg and Kitzbühel since 2018. From 12th December 2024 until 15th March 2025 for the seventh time in sequence in Kitzbühel, new works of the U.S. American street art star Mr. Brainwash under the title “Whimsical Mountains” will be on display. On the agenda are unique original works on paper, in mixed media and in stencil technique, as well as works on wood, steel and concrete. And as always with lots of sprayed paints, under the motto “Life is Beautiful.” The exhibitions at the gallery to date have always been sold out within the shortest imaginable amount of time.

“In the segment known as street art we have been successful since 2012 and have shown works by Mr. Brainwash as the first gallery in Germany and in Kitzbühel,” explains gallery proprietor Frank Flügel. In this respect, the excellent international contacts which he has enjoyed since 1999 have been of inestimable assistance.

In the portfolio of the internationally renowned gallery are art collectors and investors also works by Alex Katz, Andy Warhol, Tom Wesselmann, Keith Haring, Roy Lichtenstein, David Gerstein, Hunt Slonem, Orit Fuchs, Kenny Scharf and David Shrigley – in the increasingly more in demand category internationally apart from Mr. Brainwash also works by XOOOOX, Nathan Paddison and Punk me Tender. Above and beyond that, individual works by Pablo Picasso, Gerhard Richter and Jean-Michel Basquiat as well as sculptures of highly esteemed artists and designer objects by Maurizio Cattelan, Paul Smith and Philippe Starck also take up interesting slots in the offerings.
