The MOUNTAINMENTS brand was created especially for Austria. It links up with the successful line of projects known as ELEMENTS, which was established on the Balearic Islands by the Domus Vivendi Group.

The MOUNTAINMENTS line of chalets which are outfitted with unusual furnishing details thereby sets new standards of excellence extending far beyond their exclusive locations in the Kitzbühel mountains, offering traditions of Tirolean hand craftsmanship connected with all the myriad possibilities which modern comfort technologies can provide. The chalets win the acclaim of visitors through their highly detailed planning and their realisation of a first-class concept. MOUNTAINMENTS ONE has five bedrooms, six bathrooms and a sensational panoramic view of the Wilder Kaiser, extending all the way to the Großvenediger. It is being erected in Jochberg, and spreads over 600 m2 including terraces and balconies.

Included in the furnishings are also a spacious spa zone with ground-hugging dipping pool and direct access to a heated outdoor swimming pool and hot whirlpool, home cinema, a natural stone designed wine cellar with temperature control and climate-regulated chests, as well as a heated and ventilated ski depot. Apart from that, MOUNTAINMENTS ONE is also distinguished by a sustainable and minimum-natural-resource construction style. In this vein, the under-floor heating is operated with an energy-efficient warm-air pump. Whoever chooses to settle here gains a piece of homeland in a long-enduring way, plus the nearest ski lift is just a short hop away. Completion is planned for 2024.
