Invest in the most beautiful houses – in the most desirable locations – on the most enviable sites – thus, a philosophy which is the lodestar of serious and enduring continuance. The projects are realised in tandem by Kitzbühel’s FIL Bros. Capital GmbH and the APM enterprise with its headquarters in Mallorca. FIL Bros. is involved in the planning phase and also serves as project financier. APM assumes overall project control in the construction phase and the marketing phase which follows, extending all the way to the turnkey handover of the property when it is ready for occupancy, as well as post-purchase customer care. Currently the two collaborating partners are working on three un-usual properties which expect to be completed in Mallorca in 2023 to 2025.

The Mountain Edge & The Mountain Rock

These sister projects rise up from the highest point on Son Vida and gaze out over literally everything in a magnificent 360° panorama view. Thanks to the immense size of the property lot, both villas, respectively, are able to be realized spread out over one sole floor: living, dining, bedroom and exterior zones including the swimming pool. The Mountain Edge seems to float on pylons, thereby lending the villa a lightness-of-being. It has the appearance of an ultra-modern treehouse. Its sister construction, the Mountain Rock, on the other hand, seems more massive, like a highly modern fortress.
