Zuma was established by chef de cuisine Rainer Becker in London in the year 2002. He serves to his guests Japanese cuisine at the highest imaginable level. The kitchen galaxy of Zuma consists of three different components: the main kitchen with a selection of contemporary dishes, the Sushi Bar and the Robata Grill. Having taken wing from the huge success of the finedining concept, the Zuma has in the interim opened restaurants in other world metropolises such as Hongkong, Dubai, New York, Rome and Istanbul. When the gentle evening atmosphere settles over snow-blanketed “Gamsstadt“, the bar at Zuma Restaurant’s five-star Hotel Weisses Rössl becomes a meeting place for the town every single day anew.
