ZUMA was established by executive chef Rainer Becker in London in 2002 and ever since then has served its avid guests Japanese cuisine at the absolute ultimate level of quality. The cuisine at ZUMA consists of three major zones of components: the main sector comprises a selection of contemporary dishes, the sushi bar and the robata grill.
