For Köll that means thrusting a new profession in real estate marketing and sales to the focal point of his life following his career as professional ski racer. As partner in the newly established real estate and general building contractor’s office dubbed “Wohnquadrat-Kitzbühel” with BM Ing. Hofreiter, he wants to put just as much sporting ambition into his new job as he did into his old one in order to attain his new professional goals.
